Cristina Jimenez, organizer and co-founder of United We Dream, is urging people to vote in the Midterm elections. United We Dream is the largest immigrant youth-led community in the country and they want to secure the vote of helping immigrant communities.

The hashtag #HereToStay is used to encourage people to vote and fight for their communities' and families' to live unafraid, as well as hold their elected officials accountable.

In the video Jimenez talks about the power voters have in deciding whether families continue to be separated and deported.

"So the key to ensuring that we have congressional action is going to be our communities and the country engaging in elections and putting the pressure on their elected officials and all members of Congress so that we can get a breakthrough," said Jimenez.

Through United We Dream, over 1,500 people are coming together to push their communities to vote. "So all of us are actually going to go and knock on doors when we come together and get voters and communities in Florida ready to vote," said Jimenez.
